Even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference.

The Starfish Fundraiser is Faith In Action of the San Gorgonio Pass’s signature evening of community, generosity, and fun while raising the funds that help FIASGP provide free community services ranging from healthcare assistance, rapid-rehousing, employment readiness and other educational resources – through direct services, community referrals, public education, and trusted local partnerships to help our neighbors in Banning, Beaumont, and surrounding areas that are in need.

  • Price Is Right — Spin for a Purpose: Live games, a giant prize wheel, and prizes throughout the evening.
  • Taco buffet dinner included with every ticket.
  • Silent auction featuring donated items and experiences from local businesses.
  • Inspiring stories from the neighbors and volunteers Faith In Action serves.

Why the Starfish?

Like the old parable of the girl throwing stranded starfish back into the sea one at a time — “it mattered to that one” — Faith In Action can’t reach every need everywhere. But for the neighbor whose meal we provide, or the senior whose medical assistance we help with, it matters completely.

Yes — the Starfish Fundraiser is open to the entire community. Bring family, friends, and coworkers. Space is limited so make sure to purchase your tickets ASAP!

Beach casual / elegant. Think summer dress or collared shirt — comfortable enough for games, nice enough for photos.

Yes, free on-site parking is available at Elegant Affair, 182 W Ramsey St, Banning.

Faith In Action of the San Gorgonio Pass is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 81-2158796). A portion of your ticket covering fair-market-value dinner and entertainment may not be deductible — your receipt will note the deductible amount.

In you event tickets to the event online – please make sure to pick them up at will call at the event. Bring a valid ID and your receipt from your purchase – so we can make sure you get your tickets.
